LHDTCRhA+ a Rhywedd

Pride

Mae Coleg Penybont yn cymryd rhan yn rheolaidd yng Ngorymdaith PRIDE flynyddol yng Nghaerdydd, gan ddathlu gyda’n staff LHDTC+ a chynghreiriaid. Rydym hefyd yn croesawu aelodau teulu a ffrindiau i ymuno â ni.

Ymwybyddiaeth o Ragenwau

Mae croeso i holl staff Coleg Penybont ddefnyddio rhagenwau mewn llofnodion e-bost, bathodynnau enw, a chyfarfodydd i normaleiddio trafodaethau am hunaniaeth rhywedd.

Gall staff hefyd gael bathodynnau rhagenwau a bathodynnau balchder i’w gwisgo ar eu cortynnau gwddf.

Dathlu a Chodi Ymwybyddiaeth

Bob blwyddyn mae gennym stondin ar ein Campws Penybont a’n Campws Pencoed ar gyfer mis Hanes LHDT+, lle rydym yn darparu adnoddau a bathodynnau pin i staff a myfyrwyr i annog dysgu a hyrwyddo cynhwysiant.

Rydym hefyd yn dathlu digwyddiadau eraill trwy gydol y flwyddyn fel Diwrnod Dathlu Trawsrywedd i ddathlu bywydau, cyflawniadau a chyfraniadau pobl drawsryweddol ac anneuaidd. Credwn fod sefydliad sy’n dathlu amrywiaeth yn sefydliad gwell a bod hynny yn ei dro yn cyfoethogi bywyd coleg i bawb.

Bwlch Cyflog Rhywedd

Rydym yn canolbwyntio’n weithredol ar gau’r bwlch cyflog rhywedd ac mae rhagor o wybodaeth am rywedd ar gael yn adroddiad Bwlch Cyflog Coleg Penybont.

Datblygiad a Dilyniant

Yng Ngholeg Penybont, rydym yn rhoi mentrau ystyrlon ar waith i gefnogi dilyniant ac rydym yn parhau i ymgysylltu’n weithredol â staff i ddeall yr hyn y maen nhw’n credu sy’n eu rhwystro nhw rhag symud i swyddi sydd â chyflog uwch a sicrhau bod pob aelod o staff yn gallu cael mynediad at DPP i gefnogi eu dilyniant. Rydym yn mynd ati i fonitro data dilyniant fel y gallwn nodi unrhyw fylchau neu rwystrau a chefnogi pobl o bob rhywedd, gan gynnwys staff benywaidd, i symud ymlaen yn y sefydliad.

Iaith niwtral o ran rhywedd

Yng Ngholeg Penybont, rydym yn defnyddio iaith gynhwysol a niwtral o ran rhywedd yn rhagweithiol i ddileu unrhyw ragfarn ar sail rhywedd, yn ein polisïau a’n gweithdrefnau.

Ystafelloedd Tawel

Mae gennym ni nifer o ystafelloedd tawel ar draws Campws Penybont a Champws Pencoed y gall staff eu defnyddio. Gall rhieni sy’n gweithio hefyd ddefnyddio’r ystafelloedd hyn fel lle i fwydo ar y fron.

Cymorth Menopos

Mae’r Coleg wedi llofnodi’r Adduned Menopos yn y Gweithle ac wedi datblygu Datganiad o Fwriad o ran y Menopos, i gadarnhau ein hymrwymiad i ddarparu amgylchedd gwaith cynhwysol a chefnogol, gan gydnabod y gallai fod angen ystyriaeth, cefnogaeth ac addasiadau ychwanegol ar y rhai sy’n profi’r menopos, boed cyn, yn ystod neu ar ôl y cyfnod hwn o newid hormonaidd a’r symptomau cysylltiedig. Ategir hyn gan adnoddau, a chyfle i staff ddod at ei gilydd i rannu cyngor a chael cymorth.

Cymorth Ffrwythlondeb

Rydym wedi ymrwymo i fod yn weithle sy’n ystyriol o ffrwythlondeb, gan gefnogi ein gweithwyr sy’n cael triniaeth ffrwythlondeb trwy ein polisïau, prosesau a diwylliant, gydag arweiniad gan Fertility Matters @ Work. Mae ein Polisi Absenoldeb yn cefnogi staff i gymryd absenoldeb i fynychu apwyntiadau triniaeth ffrwythlondeb.
