Our Governing Body is made up of people with a range of skills and experiences. As members, they are responsible for the efficient management of the college with five main responsibilities:
These responsibilities are set out in the Collegeâs Articles of Government which have been adopted from The Further Education Corporations (Replacement of Instrument and Articles of Government) (Wales) Order 2006.
All members agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct when they accept their position as a member of the Governing Body or co-opted committee member. They also agree to the following Nolan Principles:

The Governing Body includes individuals with a wealth of skills and experience. The Chair of the Governing Body is Emma Adamson. The Collegeâs Principal and Chief Executive Officer, Viv Buckley, is also a member of the Governing Body.
