Our "Maths for the Terrified" course is designed specifically for beginners who want to build confidence and skills in a supportive, face-to-face environment. Tackle basic concepts with ease, ask questions, and overcome your anxieties with practical, hands-on learning.

In this free course, you will learn the foundation GCSE curriculum. You will be assessed using portfolio evidence, so there is no expectation to sit the exam. You will be awarded Agored credits for completing the course, which could be used towards an Agored qualification. You will also be given the opportunity to practise past papers.

This would be a good course for anyone hoping to progress to intermediate GCSE.

It is possible to join the class at any point in the academic year.
