Law

We are collecting expressions of interest for funded adult law courses
These courses will be assessed via the submission of a portfolio rather than an exam.
It is possible to study face-to-face or “Live Online” via a device other than a mobile phone.
All courses will run for 10 weeks, starting in January 2027, April 2027 and September 2027.
No prior qualifications are required to study a foundation law unit. You must achieve at least one of the available foundation law units before progressing to a higher law unit of study.

Police Powers gives you a practical look into how legal rules govern police actions like arrests, warrants, and stop and search procedures.
