Student Support

Bridgend College Student Services at our Bridgend Campus is located in Block A behind Reception, and on our Pencoed campus is located in Block O, Teaching Block behind Reception.  The Student Services team provides guidance, information and support, enabling your student experience to be both rewarding and as problem-free as possible.

The team consists of staff who can provide course advice and information regarding student transport, financial assistance, student meal subsidiaries, progression opportunities such as employment, voluntary work or Higher Education, welfare and counselling sessions.

All Student Services staff has a nationally recognised qualification in Advice and Guidance and are available to assist you at the enquiry and application stages, during your course and also offer a follow-up service on completion of your studies.

There are Student Services Administrators located on all campuses who can advise you on courses, finance, welfare and any general concerns. Whatever your question, enquiry or problem we are here to help and support you.

Student Services is open throughout the year: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
