Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan is developed via a collaborative process with College managers, staff and partner organisations with approval by the Corporation.  Governors fully support all aspects of this plan, including the College Mission, Strategic Aims, Objectives and Core Values.

The plan is informed by a wide range of related strategies, policies, plans and reports produced by the Welsh Assembly Government and others on national, regional and local levels.

The document includes a review of the college's performance against the previous year's objectives together with an updated context and strategic objectives for the life of the plan.
