NVQ Level 1 - Customer Service

LENGTH OF COURSE: 1 year

CAMPUS: Bridgend

COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Level 1 Customer Services programme is designed to provide students with confidence and equip them with the skills and knowledge of the customer services industry.

Candidates will be expected to attend work placement throughout this course.

  • Follow the Rules to Deliver Customer Service
  • Adapt your Behaviour to give a good Customer Service Impression
  • Communicate effectively with Customers
  • Do your job in a customer friendly way
  • Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests & problems

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: No previous experience or qualifications are required; however all applicants will attend an interview.

PROGRESSION TO HIGHER COURSE(S)/CAREER PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES: Students will be able to continue with their studies in a related subject at Level 2 or seek employment opportunities.
