Sport, Public Services and Land-based Studies (Animal Care, Countryside, Equine and Horticulture) along with Brickwork are based at our Pencoed campus. Brickwork will soon be joined by the whole of the Construction Team when our new Construction Academy opens in December 2009. This campus benefits from lots of open space and greenery, including a nine hole golf course, paddocks, rugby and football pitches.

This campus is situated on Bridgend Industrial Estate and is currently home to our Plumbing courses, and Centre for Professional Studies which encompasses our Education & Training Department and Higher Education programmes. This ensures that students undertaking a higher education course benefit from studying alongside other mature students. The Centre for New Media Enterprise is also situated at this site, which allows media and photography students to enjoy industry standard resources
Maesteg College is conveniently located at the heart of Maesteg's town centre on Castle Street and within easy reach of all local amenities. The interior of our building has been completely refurbished and consists of extensive classroom facilities, a drop-in IT centre, a visitors' centre and student coffee shop. Every effort has been made to provide a friendly environment which meets the needs of all individuals in the local community.
The Pyle-based centre is a joint initiative with Bridgend County Borough Council and provides learning opportunities for students who might otherwise have struggled to make a successful transition at 16 years old. The studio 34 programme provides a curriculum mix, combining a range of educational activities which allow students to develop academic and vocational skills.
Bridgend College campuses are open to students from 8.30am onwards Monday to Friday. We therefore can not accept any responsibility for the safety and welfare of any persons on campus, prior to this time. This excludes pre-arranged trips/events, for which staff will be present at the designated time(s).
